A separate annexe leads off from the kitchen courtyard which has a fully fitted bathroom and a 60m2 open plan games room/children’s dormitory. This space includes 2 single beds, extra foldable beds, a lounge area with TV (DVD player), table tennis, Wii, games, dolls house etc.
Leading off from the main dining room is an extensive outdoor living and dining area with outside kitchen, relaxation area and dining space for all guests. There is a private garden area immediately outside the main house which leads to the swimming pool area. A pantanque court lies adjacent to the Playroom.
50 metres away form the main house, across a lawned area, is a separate cottage with one double bedroom plus a family room, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge. The annexe has an outdoor terrace area partially screened from the main gardens. The property is accessed via private driveway which passes the sweeping orchard with 100+ orange trees, fields and paddocks.
There are large grounds (around 1000m2) between the two main buildings which, for a standard rental, provide extra facilities and play areas. These have also been specifically developed for hosting events such as large parties, weddings and social functions. The facilities here include: outside toilets (one with wheelchair access); a dedicated bar; elevated stage with pergola; pre-installation for easy erection of a marquee; closed access and separate indoor area for use by caterers and other events services.
As an events location the property can be taken for groups wishing to take on all their own planning or, if preferred, we can provide any or all of the services needed - marquee, catering services, bar services, lighting, entertainment, make-up, florest etc. Down in the rural area there is a separate hard parking area.
Below the main entertainment area is an extensive 250m2 lawn which can be used as a chill out area or safe children’s play area within line of sight of the main event.
